If you need to buy a vehicle. Buy it here. After the long painful journey of buying a vehicle finally lead me here. Service was fantastic, Service advisor David was excellent, reviewed my problem and explained what they did to fix it. After service I had an enquiry regarding charging my battery to 100% and Roberto help me get the answer. Everytime I get service this dealership treat me like I am rich.

Though my partner has dealt with Knapp Ford for many years, this was my first visit. I had Blazers for my past few vehicles. I took my Edge in for a recall and to see about repairing an inoperative tire pressure sensor. The service advisor was professional and answered my questions. I was not an easy person to satisfy because I am not a fan of dealerships, but I was happy with my visit to Ken Knapp and will take my car there next time most likely. It didn't take long to repair my car and they actually repaired it!!
